Finding Your Smoothwall Filter and Firewall Serial Number and Hardware ID

 

Your Serial Number is on the base of the unit, as a numeric and a bar code

If you're having an issue with your Smoothwall Filter and Firewall and want to contact support, make sure you have your serial or hardware ID. You can find this on your dashboard.

Procedure

1. Log into your Smoothwall Filter and Firewall.
2. On the Dashboard, scroll down towards the bottom of the page and your serial number and hardware ID are displayed
